About me
Two paths. One mission.
My name is Tricia del Carmen Hammann. For more than 10 years, I have been accompanying companies in the areas of international business, logistics, and IT — specializing in Salesforce implementations, MuleSoft integrations, and cloud architectures. I bring valuable experience gained during five years as a Senior Technical Instructor at Salesforce, as well as extensive project experience in the EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions, supporting complex technical processes.
Along the way, I learned something that doesn’t appear on any data sheet: technology changes nothing if the people behind it are not empowered to grow with it.
From this conviction, the Aruwãy philosophy was born — my alternative to purely transactional IT management. It unites technological excellence with what truly matters: clarity, trust, and the sustainable deployment of potential. Within teams. Within organizations. Within each individual.
